Nicola and Frank's French's Point wedding brought 120 friends and family to Stockton Springs, Maine for a relaxed late-summer weekend on Penobscot Bay. Friday opened with a plated lobster bake on blue ticking-stripe linens, with pink and purple dahlias tucked into bud vases. On Saturday, lobster-buoy place cards and watercolor oyster name cards set the tone for an evening of great food, signature cocktails and a band that kept the dance floor full, with guests driving biodegradable golf balls into the bay between sets. Playful, welcoming and true to the Maine coast, it was a weekend made for gathering.
